Wildlife Alliance is a tax-exempt, charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our Board plays a key role in determining policy and providing proper oversight. As we continue to grow, the role and contributions of our Board members will evolve to ensure the accomplishment of our mission.
