Dear Friend of Wildlife,
Wildlife Alliance would like to invite you to view a six-minute film, Protecting Southeast Asia's Natural Heritage, filmed in Cambodia and featuring many of our programs there.
As the beauty of Cambodia's Southern Cardamom Mountain range unfolds before you, see the havoc deforestation has wrought on this otherwise unspoiled landscape -- and learn what Wildlife Alliance is doing to preserve its forests and rivers.
The short film also features some of the diverse animals rescued by our Wildlife Rapid Rescue Team, including Malayan sun bears, pileated gibbons, Indochinese tigers, water monitors and other endangered and vulnerable species. Many of these animals will be treated, rehabilitated, and someday released back into the wild, in protected natural habitats.
You will also see our work with rural communities -- providing education, farming techniques, and other tools to help them live in harmony with their wildlife and forests.
We hope you will enjoy the film and heed its call to make a difference. Join the Alliance!
Sincerely,
Wildlife Alliance |
