Bequests and Estate Planning

Bequests and Estate Planning

Bequests and planned giving can allow your commitment to protecting our planet's forests and wildlife to remain a lasting legacy.

Please notify our staff to discuss ways to make a lasting contribution to wildlife and forest protection. Planned giving can include property, stocks, or a portion or specific dollar amount from your estate. To make a bequest, we recommend that you consider language as follows for use in your estate planning:

"To Wildlife Alliance, Inc., a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization with Federal Tax Identification #52-1934148, incorporated in the State of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 1150 17th Street NW, Suite 403, Washington DC 20036, I hereby give and bequeath ____________________ for purposes of wildlife and forest protection."

If you are interested in designating Wildlife Alliance as the beneficiary and/or owner of a life insurance policy, the beneficiary language should read:
Wildlife Alliance, Inc. (Federal Tax Identification #52-1934148), at 1150 17th Street NW, Suite 403, Washington, DC 20036

If you would like to make a bequest or designate a beneficiary for a specific purpose, or you are interested in learning more about charitable annuities, life insurance policies, or other planned giving vehicles, please contact us at donate@wildlifealliance.org or 202-223-6350. Thank you.
