Evangeline Mercado

Born in the Philippines, Evangeline A. Mercado was one of the first staff members of Wildlife Alliance Cambodia in early 2000. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines and has passed the Philippine CPA Board Licensure Examination. Before joining Wildlife Alliance, she was site accountant at the Philippine Nuclear Power Plant Project and a property management unit coordinator at Westinghouse International Projects Company. She's also been a teacher and financial advisor.
