“There’s an injured Hog deer,” said the caller. “Can you rescue it?”
The Wildlife Rapid Rescue Team hit the road to Kratie right away. The call came from WWF-Cambodia who studies Hog Deer in Kratie Province.
The deer had fallen down a ravine and broken its leg.
The WRRT, plus wildlife vet went to the rescue. The team sedated the deer and splinted its leg.
