In the Southern Cardamon Mountains Wildlife Alliance has a wildlife release station where guests can stay overnight and learn about the processes undertaken to release animals confiscated from the illegal wildlife trade in Cambodia back in to the wild, into forested areas they protect.

I had the opportunity to go down and do some training at the site and over a few days quickly fell in love! The keepers are amazing, the place is beautiful and all around you are surrounded by intact, regenerating, protected forests with an abundance of wildlife!
